PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

• Contractor Enrollment
• Participate in wrap up kick off meetings with the project team
• Assist with the presentation of wrap up program to subcontractors
• Payroll collection and tracking
• Wrap up certificate of insurance issuance
• Subcontractor certificate of insurance tracking
• Issuance of wrap up policies to subcontractors as required
• Handle day-to-day inquiries as required

Project Communication

• Customized management reports for clients and their partners
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the project construction team and provide customized management reports for review of the program
• Coordinate and participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the project sponsor and their partners

Insurance Credit Calculation & Processing

• Work with individual contractors in the calculation of their insurance credits
• Communicate to the project team on a regular scheduled basis results of contractor insurance credit calculations
• Assist the project team in the processing of change orders based on approved contractor insurance credits

Loss Control Services

• Provide full-time on-site safety services as required (additional service fees will apply)
